LEVEL 1: TO BECOME A CLT:

2: During the Course:

Write your PROFESSIONAL ETHICS & INFORMED CONSENT Documents and submit following instructions given.

Register for Exam

3: Take the Online Exam ($50 exam fee, paid to LETS)

4: Apply to www.BANHS.org for Board Certification CLT ($159 certification fee + applicable shipping and handling, paid to BANHS)

Note: Once you have received a certification number from BANHS, you are eligible to purchase the protection of professional liability insurance for malpractice and property damage. See the BANHS.org website for an insurance company who will write your policy if you do not have it through your own carrier.

BANHS requires yearly renewal of certifications for it to be considered active.

If you previously received CLT certification by BANHS and your certification has lapsed by 2 years or more, BANHS requires the school to recertify you in order to renew your certification. If you have taken the LETS Level 1 Light Therapy course online, you still have access to your course account on Teachable. LETS can reset the course on Teachable for you to retake, without you having to pay for the course again. It will be necessary for you to review/complete all course material, including submitting the required forms. You will have to pay the $50 exam fee to take the online exam again.

If you originally took the LETS Level 1 Light Therapy course as a Live course and would like to take the Level 1 course online for CLT recertification, please contact LETS@energyevents.us to inquire about a discounted price for the online course for those previously certified (CLT) as part of our program.

LEVEL 2: TO BECOME A CLS:
“CERTIFIED LIGHT THERAPIST SPECIALIST”

1. Complete Level 1 Light Therapy Certification

2. Take the Anatomy / Physiology Course or provide documentation (document by license, certification, transcript or the equivalent)

3: Take the Level 2 Online Course (COMING SOON!)

4: Participate in the Class Practicum

5: Apply to www.BANHS.org for Specialist Certification CLS
